At KidsLot.store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers in the USA, UK, and Saudi Arabia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at kidslots.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • For an exchange, email us at kidslots.store@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective)
  • Health and hygiene-related items (e.g., feeding bottles, pacifiers)

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or payment provider first.
  • Contact your bank as it may take some processing time before a refund is posted.
